Titrate up? What if it doesn’t work for me?

Hello fine folks!

I started with Piper at 2.5mg and after the first 24 hours of the first does I felt the food noise quiet down for a day or so and then come back full force. The next three doses I didn’t feel a thing and had no side effects other than noticing digestion being a bit slower.

I changed to gimme and my next month dosage was 6mg a week and I didn’t feel a thing and had zero side effects. After three weeks I bumped it up to 7.5mg, the first day or so I had a little less food noise and then it was back full force. I’ve taken two 7.5mg shots so far and I don’t feel a difference still and have no side effects.

Plus, I have gained 7 pounds since day one.

I know what it takes to successfully lose weight, I have lost 60+ pounds on my own. That had stalled and that was why I started Tirzepatide.

What are the chances that this is not going to work for me? I would be so sad.

Could you tell me anything about this ring?

It was my grandmother’s, she was born in Poland in 1918 and then lived in the US later on.

I am guessing it’s from the 1960’s or 70’s? I love it. I can’t make out the small stamp at all, aside from whatever the Kimberly (?) means. Has anyone seen this style of ring before?

I wanted to show you this sweet wedding gift to my grandmother.

My grandmother was gifted this pin on her wedding day back in 1926 and it has since been gifted to me.

It’s a pin with a wedding cake with the bride and groom on top. There is a secret latch on the bottom that opens up to a tiny baby carriage. I just think it’s so sweet and wonderful!
