I am totally heartbroken right now - my girlfriend told me to block my private tutor because she hates her for being close to me.

I still have about 2 months of lessons with my teacher. I didn’t see this coming at all. Before today my girlfriend told me not to mention how good she was as a teacher - so I stopped talking about my teacher. Today she bought her up again. She gave me an ultimatum if I wanna be with her.. I have to stop my lesson with my teacher because she hates her and she can tell my teacher likes me. I keep on explaining that she is just a teacher and a friend while she is my girlfriend and the only person I love in this whole world. I am very disappointed with her - I feel like a break up is the best option right now.
