I'm not happy for people anymore.

Thats it. I am a horrible person. Unless you've suffered recurrent loss and genuinely deserve a baby....I dont even care that youre pregnant. Please get out of here. I am SO TIRED of everyone else getting their 3rd, 4th, 5th child...and then have the audacity to say "your time will come". F off.

Whats a good folate level?

Hello, I am compound heterozygous. I had to take methotrexate (which depletes folate) in May. I want to TTC again soon, I got my folate tested to be sure. It was >23. Opinions?

First time doing oil extraction

Hello beautiful people! I used 95% alcohol as an intermediate solvent and then used hot extraction method. My finished product still smells of alcohol. It's supposed to evaporate, but now I'm concerned it hasn't? Any help is appreciated. :)

Tell me we can work with this...

Looking for layout ideas on how to make this kitchen not suck :) considering purchasing this home and need ideas on if its even worth it! I need something practical. I cook most meals from scratch and do a lot of preservation and canning. Esthetics are not as important as functionality. I'll probably find some secondhand cabinets etc. But was wondering if anyone could help me with layout ideas to maximize the space!? Thanks!!

Worth remodeling?

My husband and I are considering purchasing a 1995 manufactured home because its affordable and we love the land its on. Its in okay condition but definitely needs a new kitchen, new floors, and new windows (at least). Part of me wonders if its even worth putting money into or should we just deal with it and save to build something better eventually? Its so hard thinking of going from stick built to a manufactured home.

TTC after ectopic question

Can any share their experiences of TTC after ectopic treated by methotrexate? We have to wait 3 months to try again....did you wait 3 months post methotrexate shot or post negative HCG? Has anyone had success? Did you get your folate tested before trying again?

Thanks and sorry we're all here.

In my feelings and only you can relate...

A friend just had her perfectly healthy baby she didnt even want...(baby is so loved & will have a wonderful life but they were "preventing" and weren't planning to have another so soon). Meanwhile I'm having my first period after my 3rd loss (ectopic). So not only should I either have a newborn, be due in 3 weeks, or be 14 weeks pregnant, we cant even try again for another 3 months. I never thought I'd be here and am feeling extra sorry for myself today. So sorry to anyone who can relate. Youre not alone.

Starting from scratch..

I know the best time to plant was years and years ago, but the second best time is now. Is there any perennials that are especially easy or fast growing? Would love to have anything that comes back each year but is fairly simple to maintain. Zone 6a. Thanks!

Ectopic question

Does abdominal pain need to be accompanied by bleeding in order to be concerned for bursting ectopic?

I should be around 8 weeks but miscarried around 5-6 weeks. My HCG is still creeping up so slowly. Last Wednesday it was at 400. It usually jumps 20-70 every 48 hours (rechecking today). Ive had two scans the last two weeks (last one was Friday). Nothing to be seen anywhere, no thickened endometrium or anything but a ovarian cyst they didnt seem concerned about.

Today I'm having some pretty bad cramping, it all seems bowel related. I haven't bled in 2 weeks. Not sure how concerned I should be.

Going through my third loss, and I just cant shake this feeling of what im doing wrong in life. Watching everyone around me effortlessly (and accidentally) have healthy pregnancies and get to hold and raise their babies. What did they do differently to deserve that? And why cant that be my reality?

I know logically that its not true and there's nothing i can do but this feeling is eating at me. Ive also had a history of abuse in my childhood and it just feels like all the suffering is reserved for certain people and then others get to walk through life with no suffering at all. Its so unfair. Im so sorry all of you are in this boat as well.
