Replacing MOBO and CPU

I got the hardware side, down. I am now working on the part of creating a windows install on a thumb drive which I am currently in the middle of. but when It comes to the BIOS and Chipset Drivers, do I need to add those to the thumb drive or do I just install those after I boot up the computer with the new MOBO and CPU?

I’ve never in my life even installed or replaced any PC parts. But I’m going to in a few weeks. I am replacing GPU, CPU, Motherboard, and Ram while also adding a AIO.
