So there's this huge industrial site on the north edge of Howard, like at Velp and Lineville, that looks fresh and new -- but too quiet, like even deserted! What is it?

We want to replace our 30-year-old sofa & comfy chairs with some good quality new pieces. Any stores you'd recommend? Maybe even in Appleton?
