I’ve been talked to because my manager noticed every time he asks me how I’m doing I always say ok or good. Like dude I’m literally neutral. I don’t know why people take it personally
I love these people but they’re new so obviously it’s more difficult for them. I’m gonna start levitating into the sun guys I swear to god. I’m a 7 year SSV😅😅😅😅😅
I’m at the end of my treatment I’m a bit over. My journey was long because I moved away and had treatment at a different place and also had no treatment because my father stopped paying for them mid treatment. But eventually I had started paying for them and all was well. The other week my orthodontist said I was 3 months over and I get what I get. I was taken back by it because my orthodontist actually never speaks a word to me every appointment it’s the assistants talking to me. I went into debt and didn’t eat food to pay for my braces because of my father and I found it quite rude when he said. I’m also autistic and wasn’t sure if it was joking so I never mentioned anything but now that I’m at the end of treatment I’m tempted to say something.
Long story short, this manager has been pretty chill but after a while they’ve become a micromanager and have lashed out at people making them cry. Made me cry and I got no apology. I also reported their racist an transphobic “Jokes” because multiple of the partners are trans and multiple of them or POC. I am genuinely paranoid and scared that they will find out and target me. I just can’t take the way they talk to me anymore. And no I haven’t talked to them because I am scared for my wellbeing if I do. Same with my DM.
I don’t know if the salary got to their head but my manager is not the same person they were when they started. They have become mean, barking orders at people, they get mad when 5 things aren’t done in 3seconds and continues to berate supervisors for not being able to get things done because of lack of staff. Micromanaging SSV’s while they’re on the floor. My manager also got mad at me for not having my drivers license knowing I don’t have one due to neglect and abuse from parents halting my progress. Continues to schedule me times I don’t have a way to work. And then gets upset if I’m late by 2 mins, I’m genuinely scared to upset my SM because of how he reacts to things. I’m worried about talking to my DM because of retaliation.
I’ve only been an SSV since January and I’ve had to do every single clean play every count every close. I’m burnt out and exhausted. What would I do to make this better ?
