Can a 46 year old male build muscle with these levels?

Good morning, I am a 46 year old male with a bmi of 23. After telling my new doctor that I have been feeling tired even with close to 8 hours of sleep a night, my doctor Rana sleep study and vlood panel that tests thyroid, hormones and other blood markers. The sleep study and thyroid came back good but my testosterone came back low. My doctor then had a total of 3 morning testosterone tests. Levels are total testosterone 336, 370,376 and free testosterone 35, 49.2, 46.2 pg/ml. Bio available 67, 92, 89 NG/dl. And shbg 43, 33, 36. My question is can I build muscle with levels like this? I eat a gram of protein per pound of body weight and per my Samsung watch get 7 and a half hours of actual sleep time. I do push pull legs and space my work outs 24 to 48 hours apart.

M40 married to F36. Anyone experience this in marriage? F36 who has a master's degree in communication says " can you grab that thing over in the other room for me?" M40 replies "what thing in what room? " F36 "forget it i will just get it myself." M40 is very confused becuase he wanted to help get what ever it was. F36 acts mad at M40.

What is a mirco dose?

Is 5 mg THC or 10 still considered a micro dose? And does as you get a tolerance, does that change? I started taking 5 to 10 mg and it has helped my pain and anxiety so much. I took some (gummie) before a yoga class, and I was able to really concentrate on the stretches. I have seen folks smoke up before lifting weights, too. 20 mg gets me high as he'll btw. Not sure the perfect dose for me.

370 total testosterone low free. Is there hope for me?

I got two morning tests my doctor had me do the highest was 370. But my free and bioavailable is in the red as low. I do not have alot of cash. I am pretty sure my UHC insurance is not going to cover treatment. I feel like total shit. No motivation, no energy, I am 43 and workout and sleep about 7 hours. Had a sleep study that came back good. I do not have a extra 350 to 500 a month to join a trt clinic. Am I toast and just have to live like this? My wife is asking where the man she married went. Im sore all over. My strength training has stalled for months. Does anyone have advice?

My bio available testosterone is low per blood work M45

If my testosterone total is 360 on two blood tests but bioavailable is low per Quest labs. No sleep apnea per sleep study and bmi 23. Will a doctor try to raise this? I have low T symptoms like sleeping 7+ hours but tired all the time as an example. Should I try tongkat ali?

Is this normal for my age?

Just have my bloodwork done and asked my doctor to test my testosterone levels. I have never had this done before. I am 45 years old 23 BMI workout twice a week. Been sober for a few years. Total was 336 NG/dl free was 35 pg/ml bio available was 67 NG/dl. Had a sleep study done that came back good. I sleep 7 hours a night. Is this something I can raise with supplements? I take D ZMA and creatine already.
