Sometimes they delivere wrong items or mark undelivered products as returned by customer and now denying refund or replacement for wrong item delivered on Amazon fresh. The delivery guy doesn't help either, they deliberately do. Happened with many people in our locality recently I was checking the seller reviews just now as it was Amazon fresh order. My question is why Amazon is blaming customers? Why don't they investigate sellers?

The delivery guy came and while getting the items from his bag, he said the items are wrong in there so he'll come back within half an hour. But as soon as he left, he marked it delivered though I received nothing. As it was a prepaid order, there must be some otp but there was nothing.
How to get my refund now? It as big amount.
Also I've one more order placed for tomorrow, should I cancel it since this can repeat?

Please help. I was adding money to Amazon wallet to order and they debited more amount than I approved but wallet top-up failed but debit occurred separately.

With Amazon pay balance, there's no 5 rupees marketfee charge but it doesn't let me use diamonds bit with Amazon upi, there's 5 rupees marketfee but it let me use the diamonds I've on my account.
This issue should be resolved.
