Is it okay to follow up an application?

I sent an application 2 weeks ago still haven’t heard from them. The job application was posted on indeed, that’s why I know they are hiring. This is also my dream job, is it okay if I do a follow up? Via email. Thank you.

Any recommendations for online consultations?

Hello, I am a student. I feel like I am having symptoms of adhd and anxiety. I’ve been feeling like this for 3 years already but I didn’t mind at first because I thought it was just a normal behavior. Until it became a pattern. So I really want to get help, can you recommend any psychiatrist or psychologist in the PH? yung affordable po sana. hindi sana aabot or lalagpas ng 2k per session :(

is it okay to leave a new current job for a better job offer?

Hello, help a fresh graduate pls. I currently have a job offer and I am willing to accept it for now since it is convenient for me. However, it is not aligned with what I really want so I am still waiting for a response from another company that I applied to and also currently looking for a job that I really want to do. So is it okay to resign even before regularization to accept the job offer I really want? Just in case situation.

How should I answer for my second interview?

Hi, so I did my first initial interview today. I know na onsite yung arrangement ng work and there is possibility to work during weekends and holidays but ang hindi ko alam is they are requiring us to work for 6 days, all onsite. This is an event-styling company so I understand yung during weekends and holidays but I think I don't like the 6-days set up even if normal working days lang and without event days. How should I answer if they asked me if I am willing to do that schedule? The pay is 18-23k pesos. Any suggestions?

Is this reasonable to ask during a job interview with the HR?

  • What’s the typical day for someone in this role?
  • Since I understand that events can sometimes require overtime, weekends, or holidays, may I ask how the team usually handles those schedules? (I am applying for event-related job)
  • Since I understand that events may require overtime, weekend, or holiday work, may I ask how the company handles overtime and holiday compensation for this position?
  • May I ask about the work arrangement? I understand that the position requires being on-site for events, but on non-event days, is the team required to work in the office, or is there a hybrid or work-from-home arrangement?
  • And during situations such as typhoons or unsafe travel conditions, does the company have a work-from-home or alternative work arrangement?

yung last po is very important to me as someone living in manila na onting ulan ay bumabaha na. kaya i reaaly wanted to ask that sana.

A fresh graduate who is new to adulthood & corporate world. How do I find the right job for me?

Hi, I am a fresh graduate po. Currently applying for different jobs and I graduated with a Marketing degree, so medyo malawak ang scope of work kaya iba-ibang position ang inapplyan ko. But event marketing talaga ang target ko.

What if po nahire ako sa company na unang pumili sakin, and inaccept ko because i really need a job. But after a few weeks or months, considering na nagstart na ako dun sa unang company, is it allowed na lumipat pa ako ng ibang work if i got ano offer dun sa gusto ko talagang field?

Also, what should I consider po in choosing a job/company? Bukod sa salary. Pls help and be kind po 🥹 thank you!
