Conference Rankings

Before the conference feel apart, the Pac-12 subreddit would do weekly posts where users could rank all the schools.

Mods, can we bring that back?

Inconsistencies with Disk Version

For context, I previously did three playthroughs on my Xbox One, having bought it online through the Xbox store. Recently, I finally upgraded to a PS5 and to save money, I ordered the disk version off of Amazon.

I have noticed some quirks since switching to the disk. In particular, dialogues seem to be cut short. This is most apparant in the camp. There are some other things that seem off. For example, in "Who is Not Without Sin," I saved Swanson and it simply showed Arhur pulling him to the side of the railroad tracks. However, in the subsequent cutscene, Swanson snapped about Arthur apparently throwing him off the bridge. This is just one example of the numerous inconsistencies I've experienced.

Has anyone else noticed differences between the disk and app store versions? I'm debating buying the app store version and restarting, but I hate wasting money.

Xfinity vs. Earthlink in Midtown

Hello. I'm moving to Midtown from out-of-state, and I was hoping to get some feedback on internet providers. My rental portal offers two options: Xfinity and Earthlink. I am not familiar with Earthlink, but the price being offered is lower than Xfinity.

For context, I am an incoming FSU graduate student. My internet usage will largely consist of using Microsoft Office Suite, streaming live TV and movies, and using my PS5. Reliability is important.

I have seen on other posts that T-Mobile fiber internet (Metronet) is the top choice. Unfortunately, it isn't available for my address. T-Mobile 5G home internet is an option, but I've seen mixed reviews for that.

Thank you for your help!

Fireworks

First of all, I completely understand using fireworks to celebrate the 4th — it is all in good fun. However, every night since the 4th, and often around 11 pm and later, I have continued to hear fireworks. One just went off at 1:15 AM on 7/19.

My dog is petrified of fireworks and each time one goes off, I spend a while trying to help them relax. It has been a frustrating nightly occurrence.

Again, I understand fireworks on the 4th are all in good fun. But I do not fully understand continuing to blast them 2 weeks later. I would ask that if you have leftover fireworks and you are insistent on using them, that you use them at a decent hour.
