Hey, I'm a 26 year old guy who's been practicing mindfullness and meditation since I was 15. During this time I never really researched anything, I simply came to my own conclusions on how to meditate, here's my process:
I make sure whatever room I am in has no lights or electronics on to reduce light and sound as much as possible. Then I lay down on my back (usually with no clothes to reduce external senses). I make sure I am completely comfortable, if my covers or anything is bumpy or distracting in any way, I fix it. Then when everything's perfect, I take a deep breath in and out before putting 100% focus on nothing but the tip of a single finger. I try to feel the blood rush inside my fingers until I feel a numbing sensation, then I let that numbing sensation travel to my whole hand (At that point I can't tell which way my hand is facing). I then try to move that numbness to my arm and up, at which point I swear I can move my soul outside my body, I can feel myself lifting my arm up and down but my arm is completely still. The goal is for this numbness to reach my head through my chest and up.
In my 11 years of practice, I have never successfully reached my head, until now. I managed to keep my focus while spreading the numbness up my face and right when I reached my head, all feelings stopped. I saw a bright, yellow light surrounded by white, red and blue. The yellow light was clearly staring right at me, I could see its eyes through the blinding light, it didn't talk, move or do anything. I simply looked at it before wiggling my toes slightly (its a good way to wake me up and feel my body again before opening my eyes).
I want to say this aswell, I have never done drugs or anything like that while meditating.
Anyone else had an experience like this?
No AI was used in this project, the production, editing, singing and instrumentals was all made by myself
Good luck!
This is a cover of the song Everybody's Talkin' by Harry Nilsson, or even Bill Withers if you like that version (like I personally do).
Hope you enjoy, I'm not really a professional so feedback, critique and other forms of helping me improve is always appreciated!
Have a nice day everyone!
Jag har haft ett skohorn i trä i 3 år nu, den har används dagligen och är i perfekt skick
