5800xt + RTX-5070 (AM4, no RGB), built for $1,398.00
Got it all new over the course of one year, snagging components only on deals and sales. Luckily bought the Ram long before the Ram-pocolypse, but I got a new 5070 on sale and with store credit from this year's 4th sale taking $100 off of it. Unfortunately, I had to bite the bullet on the 2TB SSD, but it was still an in store item and on a 4th sale. You guys ready for the total price?

If I tried buying this ALL today, oh forget about it. I just wish I had gone with AM5 at the time. Shot myself in the foot with the choice to go with AM4. I think my initial thought was the Ram Stability because I do a lot of rendering and CAD work, but now that I'm more skilled I could've trouble shot it instead. But at that point I had already purchased the ram, motherboard, and CPU. It's not the end of the world, this thing does it's job excessively well. And it plays and streams and records and edits at 1440p like cutting through butter with a hot knife.
That extra $102.00 went towards a new 1440p180hz monitor (non-OLED).
