problems with NVIDIA RTX3060 using Blender

Hi, I have a problem that I think concerns my NVIDIA RTX 3060. I've had a 32GB PC with this graphics card for almost 2 years and I've mainly used it for gaming, but now I also need to use it for 3D modeling using Blender (and later also with Z Brush). However, while using Blender, I noticed that after about an hour (during which I also watched a tutorial) the PC tends to slow down significantly. Even after closing everything, it continues to be slow for at least 15 minutes before unlocking. I've had to use the emergency shortcut to unlock the PC. I'm doing very simple tasks on Blender, so this worries me. I've already set Chrome to not use the graphics card to work, but it still happens. Maybe I should update the graphics card? I read that on the NVIDIA website or app you can install dedicated drivers for gaming or studio programs like Blender or Premiere, but in that case, if I install them and then want to play, will the games run worse? I also heard that I should delete the old version when installing the new one. Sorry, but I'm a total loser when it comes to PC tech. PS: I had my computer cleaned about 6 months ago and also had the thermal paste replaced.

Tom Fox anatomy book and Michael hampton figure drawing design and invention

Hello. I recently started studying anatomy again using Michael Hampton's book Design and Invention, which I've read before, but I picked it up again for a refresher and to better understand what I hadn't grasped when I first studied it. I have some gaps in the fundamentals of drawing, which I've been filling for a while with some worksheets from YouTuber brokendraw. I'm trying to use a blended learning method. I study both the fundamentals and also anatomy and perspective, which I've found to be helpful because when I study anatomy, I start connecting the dots thanks to the fundamentals. However, I wanted to ask you how I can use both Michael Hampton's book and Tom Fox's book together? I downloaded the excerpt from Tom Fox's anatomy book and found it very useful, but on one page it says he doesn't use gesture drawing because it can create confusion when discussing limb orientation, which is completely contrary to Hampton's teachings. However, I don't want to study the entire anatomy from Hampton's book because the anatomy section (especially the face) wasn't very clear to me.

COLOR AND LIGHT BOOK

Hi, I’m a concept art student and I’d like to improve my use of color. I wanted to know if the book *Color and Light* is suitable for digital art or if it focuses more on color in traditional painting. I’d also like to know if it includes any exercises for practice.
