I keep seeing indie romance authors online talk about how they’re losing revenue to these obvious ai slop books. But if these are so obviously made with ai, are readers choosing to read ai books? Or can they not tell? Have you guys come across these in the wild?

Either the company messed up or I messed up but my save the dates have a different couple on them! I’m not saying the company name bc I’m hoping they’ll have mercy on me and give me new ones. But it’s the stock image couple! Honestly I was upset at first but my fiancé immediately laughed when I told him and I had to laugh too bc it is pretty funny.
