Can’t stop microwaving eggs. Needed some salt and turns out I don’t like Chinese five spice

This was a fun fusion with leftover pork shoulder, had citric acid for my cheese sauce so I didn’t use a roux, texture is much better than my other attempt

so sloppy I neeed a knife and fork
