I have good SMART data but ZFS errors??

I do not know if I fully understand what ZFS errors are or what they mean. Curious if I can get a good explanation on ZFS errors, SMART results and what they mean together and apart from each other. I currently have a drive with 73 ZFS errors as of yesterday morning. As far as it's most recent SMART results, which was from yesterdays schedule test. Those results are pretty good to my understanding. Would this be considered something to not really worry about what so ever yet? I have another drive with 1k ZFS errors and UDMA errors that I was going to see if I could let fully die in the raid as I have yet to experience a drive failure yet. These drives are in a RAIDZ2 so I have redundancy to keep it all spinning and running. I am more worried about corrupt data than I am about a drive just dying outright. Just want to get a better idea of how to interpret this info so I can maintain my systems the best as I can.

Want to add some light under these cabinets

So when I moved into this place There was a light ballast at the end of that conduit. It died so I went and got my hot n ready fix as you see. When I am using the other sides though it sucks not having so much light when cutting or preparing food. The only junction box above the floor cabinets is the one in the cabinets where that conduit resides. Is there any reasonable way any of you folks could see me being able to add a light under each of the other cabinets to get some extra lighting when cutting and meal prepping? I had tried a sensor based battery idea, too much work to keep them charged and then I am waving my knife around to trigger the light. Would I need to run conduit directly to each other cabinet and run it like the middle one is too? TIA

How are you approaching this? QR codes around the house

I really want to set up some QR codes I can scan in my house for certain things. My deep freezers especially to start and see what else I can do later that isn't a waste of time. I do not have that much networking experience so I am having a hard time thinking of an exact route that is better and less cumbersome to get there. How to have a editable locally hosted spreadsheet that pops up when you scan a QR code. I would guess have the QR code link to some self hosted domain. 192.168.x.x/DeepFreezerSpreadsheet.xls which would be opened by an google/libre on my phone and I can see how much meat I have in there exactly and adjust when I take some out. If this was something some of you folks would do, how would you approach this task in a way that doesn't spend way too much time getting something kind of simple done. Thank you.

Help importing a pool

I updated my truenas and for the life of me I cannot see the data in a previous pool of mine. I imported it. It already had a data set to it so I added my user with permissions to ACL. Created SMB Share and yes the service is on. But for the life of me I cannot see any data when I try to view it. Now when I map it it shows there is no data in windows explorer on it. In the Truenas Dashboard it still shows there is data. I really do not want to lose this data as I thought I backed it up prior but it turns out it was missing a folder. Which I had found out by going through the folder structure when setting up a share. I could see a couple folders that I did not have backed up. I am doing everything from the WebUI. Not using shell or any CLI. Haaaaaalp. I have watched a couple video on the process and I believe I have done everything in correct order. Import. Dataset. Shares. Give permissions. Connect. But I don't see any folders or anything. I provided some pics so you can see how I set them up and what the folders look like in the SMB display. TIA!!!

New work Computer write off question

I work as a 3D artist. I get commissioned to make people animations, fliers and all sorts of 3D art. I just bought a new pc as a upgrade to better hardware to get more out of the software I use. I would think I can consider this a write off for this years filings right? If I happened to log into facebook on it once or twice. Would that negate it being a work expense? How would that all work exactly? Thank you

HUD program?

I saw a post a while back where a person was advertising their software. It was a HUD bases software that displayed PC information for when VJing. Was before all this vibe codes stuff started flooding here. I swear I either saved the post or bookmarked their link, but I cannot find it. Anyone remember anything like this, or know of anything like this? It isn't an OSC software to have a HUD of your effects or anything to do with the act of VJing. But rather a OSD type showing you information. TIA

Wifi 7 won't connect?

I had an old wifi network and would experience some lags streaming from my pc to my phone over wifi. Got a all new network set up and can run wifi7 networks now and the RP6 is supposed to be able to connect to it. But it keeps failing to connect to my wifi7 only network. Looking up issues I see there are a number of others having wifi connection issues. Is there anyone else that can connect to a network but can't for wifi7?

Smart thermostats & AC

Hello folks. Hoping I can get some suggestions on a brand that has smart thermostats and in-wall AC units. I like in an electric only condo with in-wall AC and baseboard heaters. Trying to find a brand that sells both of those so I can connect them to my home network and and be able to create schedules and settings that all work together to be energy efficient as I can be. Thank you for reading. I currently have a LG window AC unit in one off my in walls that is nice to turn on before I head home. Don't care for it though so looking for any and all suggestions of brands.

How to properly calculate donations for claiming on taxes.

Hello folks. I have a question in regards to when you claim donations for when you file taxes. Are you supposed to get a form or anything from where you donated what to, like how much they valued it as? I recently donated a bunch of old clothes that I never got anything from them when I did drop it off. I have a bunch more stuff to drop off, this time household items and objects. I did some googling and couldn't find anything specifically about getting something from the accredited 5013c place. Just guidelines on the percentage of the market value of what it is that I donated. So with the items, should I just itemize what I have. Find the retail value, and then claim 20% of that as a donated value? Do I even need them to value what I donated? Thanks for reading and your responses. I live in IL if that makes any differences.
