How to follow a carnivore diet as a vegan ?

So I've been hearing a lot of praise about the latest and greatest nutritional fad that is the carnivore diet and sure as hell do not want miss out on the benefits of an impossibly high cholesterol, being unable to properly poop on a regular schedule, overloading my kidneys and missing out on all of these other key vitamins and nutrients that I'm sure are all a hoax created by the plant industrial complex to sell more kale. I wanted to head about some good options of ethical animal products from my fellow vegan carnivores. I've already started raising geckos since I can harvest their tails and it will grow back.

Thinking of giving up veganism because of aliens

What if there are aliens out there that are basically sentient trees? If they came to earth wouldn't they think we vegans are a lot worse than carnists ? Maybe we should all drop this veganism thing, the devil you know and all that.
