Hemi-Sync in Direct Sunlight
I’ve heard through multiple sources of the importance of our Sun in relation to us (humans.) One experiencer reported that an alien said our sun is the key to everything (I interpret this as understanding everything.) I’m also experiencing first hand real benefits of treating sunlight like I would water or food (something vital for my body.) like everything thing too much of anything can be bad (yes water poisoning is real.)
I also know that the Monroe Institute uses CHEC units for their sessions. These CHEC units are sound proof and most importantly light proof. Every time I’ve done a hemi-sync meditation I try to recreate these conditions because it’s what they do at the Monroe Institute, who invented this technology.
I used hemisync (only focus 10) lying on the ground in direct midday sunlight and this meditation was 100x more intense (vivid might be a better word) than anything I’ve ever experienced before. I had full on visuals. I found myself in a dessert with large boulders everywhere and someone in a hooded robe who didn’t want to be seen by me was there. My consciousness POV became my energy vortex spiraling around my “body.” It was actually extremely disorienting and felt like “the spins” (when you drink too much and shut your eyes.) I was able to gain control over this disorientation with much concentrated effort. I also had intense color visuals (with my eyes closed.) At one point this was so intense I had to force myself out and to sit up. I did get back into it but was near the end of the tape anyway.
One odd occurrence was that my phone over heated (direct sunlight tends to do that) so the tape stoped playing. I knew the rest of the steps for focus 10 when it stopped playing so just continued the meditation without the tape. The strange thing was that after the tape stopped, I put my phone in the shade to cool down. When my phone did cool down, the tape resumed playing, not from where it stopped due to my phone over heating, but where I was continuing the mediation from memory. It picked up exactly where I was currently along in the focus 10 meditation but without the guidance of the tape. And I did not turn it back on my phone did when I cooled down, so when the tape did turn back on it was very startling to me and as soon as the tape turned back on all the intense and vividness and visions and color visuals started up like a light switch was turned on.

The NHI, aliens, spirits, or simply others as I like to call them are correct. I plan to do the higher focus level in direct sunlight. I can’t be the first person to try this. And I can’t believe that the true power of this sound technology is actually unlocked by direct sunlight and that those at the Monroe institute are unaware of this.
