1. Idemnity Bond - whose signature should have been taken if not a blood relative then what's on the top Chest.no Ph1 and 2, are these phone numbers?

2. In conversion certificate and bonafide one should I carry conversion certificate of college or this will work as this also requires stamp and seal of college
