So how does one agree to those “terms of use” when your screen looks like the 3rd slide for the past 2 days…

So I’ve been literally emailing these Roblox people back and forth all day today because I basically got suspended for a day. Ok not THAT bad🤷‍♂️ so once the moderator told me it’s been lifted I tried playing and all I’m getting is the same screen I’ve been getting since I was suspended. Then to add salt to the womb after I told him this and told him can he manually review it dude literally sent me an automated troubleshooting email. I try to respond back and I get an email saying that I can’t reply to it anymore 🤦‍♂️

So I was banned early today around like 10:30ish am apparently for “exploiting/cheating” which no I don’t do nor know how to do😅. Anyways when I first read the message I could’ve sworn it was a warning but ever since I got the message my screen has looked like this. I tried uninstalling on both IOS and PC but nothing works. I put in a email with them around 2pm is still no answer back. Any suggestions?

Dude so apparently I’m “cheating/exploiting” because I don’t have the Roblox app downloaded from the App Store on my laptop but from my browser.(I’ve always downloaded Roblox that way since the beginning of time) This makes no sense to me like at all at all I’m starting to think they were just bored and wanted to pick on someone😂😂 cause I’ve been using the browser method for literal years. I already put in a appeal but even if it does get solved it’s gonna leave a very sour taste in my mouth
