Spots on cannellini beans

I made lunch last night. I washed some leaves with water and added cannellini beans from a can, tuna from a can and some chopped walnuts. I put some salt and pepper last night and then added olive oil and distilled vinegar this morning.

When I opened the container at lunch time I noticed all those dark spots on the beans. Any ideas why they look like this? They looked fine when I rinsed them yesterday

£35.58 for 1 person in Lidl for 1 week

Went in and bought 1 item to get the free spin. Was hoping for a apple turnover or almond croissant, alas, I got the blueberry muffin, I hope it's good. Chuffed to find the graham's chocolate protein pouch 😊

Anybody switched from slynd to yaz?

Hi all, I currently am taking Slynd for the past 6 months, I am at the end of the 6th packet and it has been helpful until around 2 weeks ago. I am now experiencing very bad pms symptoms that I didn't have for the last 6 months, it is upsetting because I don't understand why it's stopped working. I've been eating well, exercising, going to counselling, taking my magnesium and my vitamins and trying to do everything right.

My GP said I can try Yaz next, I am 34 and slightly overweight so I was worried about trying a combined pill again for fear of dvt but I am now wondering if it is worth a try.

I'm currently at work and physically cannot focus on any tasks. I also want to seek ADHD assessment as I think I might have undiagnosed inattentive adhd.

So has anyone experienced slynd just stopped working after it worked well, and then switched from slynd to yaz?
