Hello. I normally take capsules. My newest batch says it's 1.34% Mitrogynine. I usually take 3 grams a dose. My last order they sent some freebies.
I got 10 capsules of White and then I got a small pack of gummies. The gummies say they are 135 mg I think. Is there a conversion method? I'm trying to see how many gummies to take close to my leaf kratom.

Sour Bubbly x hubbabubbahaze
Mephistos wedding x 4 assed monkey
I'm also trying to decide on what else to plant. I just upgraded my tent. I was thinking Retro Wedding, Iced and Hazed, Interchillactic.
Also want to plant an indica so I thought Gold Glue or Pinot Noir

Asking about what strain to grow next. I have that dilemma myself. I started acquiring alot of strains but now I don't know what would be good.
I'm an indoor grower using Buildasoil. I don't have a rosin press so I mainly smoke it. I'm kind of looking for a sativa and an indica. Gonna list the strains I remember.
Orange diesel, strawberry nuggets, retro wedding, interchillactic, Apollo haze, BDay cake O's ( a favorite). Gelauto, toof Decay, ghost toof, CDLC, mango runtz? Forgotten cookies, AvT, pinot noir, chemdogging. I can't remember the freebies or any other ones.
