I built a privacy-first SMS organizer - SavvySMS that runs its AI entirely on-device — just launched on Play Store! 🎉

Hey everyone! I'm a solo dev and I'm genuinely excited to share SavvySMS — an app I've poured months into because I was sick of my SMS inbox being an unsorted mess of OTPs, bank alerts, delivery updates, and promo spam all jumbled together.

What it does:

• Auto-sorts every SMS into folders: Transactions, OTP, UPI, Travel, Orders, Promotions, Service, Personal
• Most sorting is pattern-based, but anything tricky goes through a small ML model that runs entirely on your phone — no internet needed, nothing ever leaves your device
• Recognizes senders and shows real brand logos instead of cryptic IDs like AD-HDFCBK
• Finance tracker — auto-discovers your bank accounts, credit/debit cards, and UPI IDs from messages, shows money in/out per account and a 6-month cash flow chart
• Detects travel bookings (IRCTC, RedBus, IndiGo, MakeMyTrip, BookMyShow) and shows upcoming trips as reminder cards
• Order tracking for Flipkart/Amazon/Swiggy/Zomato/Blinkit etc., kept separate from promo clutter
• OTP auto-copy to clipboard + highlighted right in the notification
• Local + Google Drive backup, custom folders/rules, quiet hours, app lock, home screen widget
• Hindi and Spanish support alongside English

Why I think it's special: No server for your messages. No account required. No ads, ever. The Data Safety section on Play Store confirms zero data collected, zero shared with third parties — because there's simply no backend for your messages to go to. Everything happens right there on your device.

It's completely free to use, and I'm just thrilled to finally have it out in the world after building it solo from the ground up.
