I’m looking for Someone of a nerdy type but more math nerd vs starwars or anime type. I’d hope to find you attractive but that’s all relative so idk I’m more into energy and niceties anyways. Please be sweet and kind and def not Vanilla. Ideally we could be normal friends too if you’d like but share naughty times. We don’t need to get personal though. Not sure how to start talking about myself but going to try my best. I am female 27. Currently going through some stuff but doing my best. I’m looking for some friends to chat with and bs like I used to with my old friends! Male, female, inbetween and nothing are welcome!

I’m pretty open minded, kind of a perv, more than kind of depressed. I’ve been trying to read more and am really excited for the new scary movie “other mommy” I read the book and it’s really great. Horror is probably my favorite genre and as long as you’re not “into it” we can chat splatter punk and the crazy stuff too. I write poetry and some half songs. Music genres I adore are: Midwest emo, crabcore, rap metal, hyperpop. I’m big into redbull, cigarettes and thongs iykyk.

I’m a pretty chill person but I can be very blunt and straight forward, I don’t have the energy for anything else lately. So I often get mixed reviews of being sweet and intimidating. And I think that says more about the other person in my opinion.

NOT religious and I’d prefer to make friends that are also not, but religious trauma can/will be spoken about lol I am trying to make more friends that are trying to better themselves, I’m not big on complaints without action or effort if applicable.

And I think to sum me and my personality up: I was raised by a marine father who decided to leave after being the best dad ever when I was 10, and a very 70s Cali liberated woman mom with untreated bpd. But I’m chill with my parents now :)
I realize I sound insane reading this back but oh well. Hopefully someone is down to chat haha

Okay, so how are we finding the deep and gritty greats on e-readers?? I am finding it to be impossible to find grotesque and the like available.

I was given a list of recommendations but I can’t find them anywhere.

My husband recently bought me the KOBO Clara for my bday and I also have a basic kindle. I’ve been trying to read more . I recently finished Incidents around the house though and that was an amazing read. Also finished The Swimmer- Loreth Anne White, I was hoping for more but it was really quite entertaining. I did enjoy it.

Please help me utilize my devices more! Also if you know more good recs available, please drop them below! (I love real books but we don’t have space for now, nor do I trust my 1 yr old around the pages haha)

Hi everyone, I am looking for some advice on a situation. CPS is the last thing we want to do but it’s tough.

We just moved with some family members and were immediately shocked to see how my niece appeared when she came over.
She is just now 5 and has very long hair that is matted into one big ball. She’s got like 8 capped teeth and is still in diapers. And gets everything she wants somehow, she gets caviar and fast food very frequently. The way she is cared for is extremely confusing and irritating.
I was brushing her hair out a week or so ago and there was sticky stuff, I asked what it was and she said she fell asleep with an icecream sandwich two nights before.. grandma says she gets terrible diaper rash… like duh

I’m just stuck on what we can even do. I tried and got like the bottom half of her hair out and looking nice. And it’s not even been a week and it’s already back up and matted. We really don’t want to call anyone but it’s such a gross situation and we def don’t want our daughter being around that.
They also have a major roach infestation and they were all just very sick from it. It’s disgusting. What can we do??
