Can anyone recommend me your thoughts on the best vertical plunge on the market? Thank you!

Any ideas or filters to stick on a garden hose? I’ve noticed when I cold plunge the chlorine that is usually filtered out by my Jolie water filter makes my hair look like trash the rest of the day.

Any ideas or filters you can stick on a garden hose for filtered water in the cold plunge?

Did cold plunging really help anyone for pain relief? It has really helped me. I’ve been doing it for two weeks now 5 mins at 50 degrees and for the first time I slept with no issues last night no pain at all.

I have shoulder arthritis/ torn labrum and bicep tendonitis

Has anyone had any experience with this procedure?
