Small bump on gums above upper front tooth for 1 week no change in size. Should I be concerned?

22M. About a week ago I noticed a small bump/fullness on the gum above my upper left front tooth (near the gum line, not high up over the root). It doesn’t seem to have changed in size over the past week and I haven’t noticed any drainage or a white “head.”

I don’t drink or smoke. I brush twice a day and floss every night.

I do have a history of interproximal cavities and composite fillings on my premolars and molars, but I’ve never had a cavity, filling, or any previous issues with this front tooth.

The front tooth still responds normally to cold compared with the tooth next to it.
I’m attaching current photos.

Does this look like normal gum anatomy, a minor gum irritation, or something like a parulis/abscess?
Would you recommend just monitoring it or scheduling a dental exam and X-ray?

Edit: no pain, no pain to the touch, hard to the touch, no growth or shrinkage, no bad breath or bad taste, no visible cavity.

Small hard painless bump on upper gum above front tooth for 4 days - abscess, fibroma, normal anatomy, or something else?

22M here.

About 4 days ago I noticed a small bump on the gum above one of my upper front teeth. It hasn’t really changed in size since I first noticed it.

Some details:
Completely painless.
Hard to the touch (feels firm, not squishy).
I can’t pop it or express any fluid from it.
No pus or drainage.
No bleeding.
No facial swelling.
No fever.

It seems to sit much closer to the gumline/lip attachment than where I think the root tip of the tooth would actually be. Also seems more horizontal in shape than a normal abscess would be.

Looking more closely, I think I may even have a much smaller similar bump over the opposite front tooth.
The tooth underneath has never really given me problems:

No history of toothache.
No history of trauma that I can remember.
No discoloration.
No lingering cold sensitivity.
No pain with chewing or biting.

I do have a history of interproximal cavities on other teeth, which is why this has me a little worried, but I’ve never had a cavity or dental work on this particular front tooth.

I had panoramic imaging done about a year ago, although I know that doesn’t necessarily rule out something that developed later.

At first I wondered if it was a chronic draining abscess (parulis), but it doesn’t seem to fit very well because it’s hard instead of soft, hasn’t drained at all, and the tooth itself has never had symptoms. I also briefly wondered if it could be an irritation fibroma, a small bony prominence/exostosis, a cyst, or just normal anatomy.

Has anyone (especially a dentist or oral surgeon) seen something similar? Based on the photos, is your diagnosis?

I’m planning to have it checked by my dentist next month, but my appointment isn’t immediate, so I’m mostly trying to understand what the most likely possibilities are and what changes I should watch for in the meantime.

Edit: I don’t smoke or drink
