Advice Needed - new to MacroFactor

Hello all, I am new to MacroFactor. I Olympic lift 2x a week, do CrossFit 1-2x a week, and have a conditioning day 1-2x a week. Outside of that I work a desk job at home and I get about 7-10k steps a day. I’m used to the myfitnesspal version of logging food and then it taking into account workouts so I feel better on lift days. I’ve chosen to do a slightly aggressive cut but want to make sure I’m not messing up my metabolic progress. I see MacroFactor doesn’t take exercise into account. I’ve read other posts about the glucose, glycogen, adipose breakdown but I’m still a little confused. So when on a cut how do I managed protein strength based needs if I have to keep lower amount of calories? And can someone explain why MF doesn’t take into account exercise? I guess I’m still a bit confused and changing my mindset when it comes to tracking. Open to learning! Feel free to point me to resource too, thank you!
