ZCode has everything that OpenCode is lacking

Wow had I wished that I had tried ZCode earlier. Even with the extremely capable and cheap new DSV4 Flash, I have always felt like I was missing something with the open weights models: the convenience.

Codex has features that OpenCode is simply lacking, such as remote control via my phone. ZCode gives all that plus an extremely good harness. OpenCode even admitted that ZCode has better cache rate.

OpenCode is nice, and I've used it for a long time including the new v2, but man does the UI need polish and the app an upgrade. Try ZCode if you haven't - I'll reluctantly jump ship, even though I would prefer an open source harness.

Restless legs (not because of tolerance break)?

For context, I take about 10 GPD and have done so for about 4 years now. Mostly recreationally but also as a productivity enhancer and to help with my GAD.

From time to time, I get restless legs. Kinda hard to describe, but it is this uncomfortable sensation of tickling in my feet which also makes it difficult for me to concentrate. It isn't when I'm doing tolerance breaks or anything like that (I read that RLS is one of the common 'withdrawal' effects from kratom).

Has anyone been able to solve this? it can be between my doses. I do take magnesium citrate, l theanine and aswaganda. I also am prescribed 150mg sertraline SSRI (Zoloft equivalent). Otherwise I live healthy and work out and eat well.

What’s your favorite linkbuilding reading and case studies?

Some years ago, Brian Dean used to crank out really interesting guides and case studies. Detailed.com was also really good on data analyses of SERP’s.

Authority Hacker podcast also used to be entertaining, but they have now pivoted entirely to AI topics.

Who’s your favorite source for linkbuilding / digital PR and SEO case studies these days? I really only listen to Niche Pursuits pod today but would like more SEO content.

OpenCode v2.0 now in beta

Pretty neat how it allows for seamless sync of the same session across OC Web, CLI’s, Mac app etc.

I’ll take it for a spin now. Are any of you using it?
