Why is it that my mental health is 10x worse since being in a psychiatric hospital & being put on meds? My mental health is literally 10x worse now idk.

When you take meds for some time

Guys after u take antipsychotics for longer than a year you just get used to it. & it becomes your new way of living i guess. Although im stuck bed ridden most of the time, that sucks. But maybe thats just my condition & not the meds . What do you think?

John nash

John nash is a hero & a psych med survivor. Shame he took those damn meds for 10 f*in years. Holy. Must of sucked the life right out of him. & that's exactly how it looked in the movie. He couldnt even perform with his wife. To be he's incredibly strong.

Meds

Friends, on these medications you lose your personality. Your emotions. You become a zombie & your not human. It's time to taper down. Those of you that accept the meds ok. Those of you that need to taper down or come off thats also okay. If it gets too much u can always come back. My opinion

What do you guys think of other communities?

What do you guys think of communities like r/Bipolarreddit or r/schizophrenia where most people seem to be pro medication? Although real statistics are different about 50-75% people stop their meds or taper with them. Which is quite a lot tbh

Do I have to escape

Hello im currently on a cto & have been on Olanzapine for 1 year. I have one year left of the cto. Should I just wait it out another year then try to heal maybe 2 years is not too bad. Or leave the country now & be in a worse situation but able to taper off meds? Thanks

I can't feel or enjoy anything

I can't enjoy music its just there as a background. I can't feel much. Even ejaculation is no longer fun. I can't get drunk. I can't enjoy the feeling of being a bit tipsy or drunk. Can't enjoy anything. Can't laugh properly. Just feel numb. I seem to have no dopamine. 1 year of Olanzapine did this to me. I'm a shell with little personality. & i lost most of my dopamine. What the hell. Can't feel the buzz from my vape. Nicotine. What the hell do these drugs do?

What will we do if we dont use antipsychotics

If we dont use antipsychotics, how will we cure schizophrenia & the voices? I want to stop taking, but what happens then? Doesn't it cure my schizophrenia & voices although it makes me a numb brain dead zombie. So what to do? What's the alternative? Be crazy?

How long does it take to recover

Hey guys. Just wanted to ask a question I'm new here. How long did it take you to recover after 2 years of antipsychotic use? For me i take Olanzapine & now tapering down. How long does recovery take? To feel like your old self emotions etc
