Man, the energy they spend is out of this world.

UNO reversed him and told him I knew about something he thought I had no clue about. He was quiet for a bit then he mentioned something about ME that has nothing to do with the whole issue just to divert from it. Kept him in his lane. I swear it’s like walking a dog for the first time!

They throw an awful tantrum tornado when I said to a completely ridiculous ask.

So I used their method, threw a tantrum as well, mirrored them. They stayed quiet as they damn should.

I feel it may backfire but sometimes when I do he shuts up about that certain topic and never mentions it again. I’m so torn.

He’s always trying to “catch” me but I have nothing to hide. So instead he just blew up after having a nice lunch with laughter and all. Screamed his lungs out, said it’s over and blocked.

On a serious note, should I report my boss for yelling, belittling me and my efforts, and empowering the bully? Or report both the bully and my boss?

He asked to meet up with no agenda, when he does that he always blindsides me with the most outrageous things. Give me a good excuse on why I ignored everything for a full day?

I don’t want to say the truth because he’s a complete ass and he’ll frame it as I’m not cooperating. I want I good excuse to shut him up.
