Where to shop?
I see most women looking so stylish walking around London and wonder how do they style themselves? Are there any influencers/apps to follow where I can find what would suit me and is in style to buy? I’m 5’2 Asian so another struggle is clothes made for tall white women that don’t fit me
New to pumping - which bra would you recommend to be hands free?
reddit.comI’m 4 weeks pp and had an emergency c section. First 2 days after delivery I was in so much pain and also couldn’t produce milk so we had to introduce formula early on. First 2 weeks my body was recovering and I still couldn’t produce enough to keep up with baby’s needs. Now it’s 4 weeks and despite trying to pump, breastfeed, eating what people recommend (eg. Oats) I’m unable to increase my supply. People say pumping more helps but the more I pump the less I get in each session, like 10 ml which is disheartening. Also I have somewhat started resenting breastfeeding I think because my baby gets fussy and seems so distressed when I try to breastfeed since he’s hungry and the milk supply is slow as compared to. Bottle. Feels like I might not be able to do this ever, would love any tips and advice on how to get out of this hole.
