Budget Practice machine for synthetic skin only

Hello everyone, I'm a single father of a 14 y/o girl who is pretty quick at picking things up, she's a decent scetch artist already and plays guitar well, she actually impresses me with her hand to eye coordination and mechanical abilities.

Anyways, I know she's only in 9th grade and will probably change her mind but she's dead set on not going to collage and becoming a tattoo artist. So far she's just been working on her sketching/drawing skill raft but I was thinking about maybe getting her one of these cheap machines I see on Amazon. I know they are junk, the "kits" look even more fucked off lol

I have allot of ink and use to pretty much live in my best friends (RIP) tattoo shop, I picked up allot listening to him, use to set up his tables the maybe liked without him asking when he got swamped and I paid allot of attention getting sleeved out.

I don't have the ability to teach her anything in your guys world or anything like that but I know for sure these Chinese machines are garbage, I was just wondering if a cheap Chinese machine would be gould enough to start to learn on synthetic skin with ?

I wouldn't order one of those cheap kits but maybe a cheap machine with good black one and synthetic skin ?

I'm laid off right now so I can't throw allot at this but when I get back to work I would upgrade everything if she sticks with it and is motivated like she is with guitar, drawing, piano etc.
