Like, my idea here is, a LTM for major orders that have SEAF units deployed to the different planets, where you can choose to play as a SEAF soldier, and be part of a quick response team that gets deployed to Helldivers’ missions!! It’ll probably never happen but I had the epiphany in my head and it sounded too cool to keep to myself

Got 4.1 yesterday since I wanted to try EDF out for a while but didn’t want to spend too much money on 6 before knowing if I liked the concept or not, and what met my eyes when I joined a random server was insane 😭 it’s so chaotic
I’ve wanted to try out EDF for some time now, after buying Helldivers 2, but I don’t have a lot of money to spend on video games at the moment, so instead of buying EDF 6 for a bit of money and potentially not enjoying it, I was going to buy 4.1 (for way cheaper since it’s on sale on the PS Store) and see if I enjoy EDF (I’ve been told the games across the series are mostly similar, so I thought there’d be no harm) so I just wanted to know if people still played it and if finding a match is easy (enough)
I’ve been getting into Helldivers 2 recently, gathered about 65 hours in it over the span of about less than 20 days (holy chud I know) and I love how the game lets you know that you’re just another soldier, and that the Helldivers are “expendable” to super earth.
Another game that I feel captures this quite a bit is Battlefield 1 (also I think I should mention, I heavily prefer war games centred around the World Wars, or have WW-esque themes)
Any suggestions you guys have?
P.S: Games on PlayStation are heavily preferred too, I do have a PC, but it doesn’t run perfectly :/
