This game is so dope, and I really have to give credit to my LGS for teaching me the game and welcoming me with open arms. Started playing around ST09 and I primarily go to events to play more games weekly and to have fun. But i had zero expectations of ever winning a NTC due to inexperience. Shining Gundam is ridiculous

Is riftbound a good game to play with your partner?

For those that have played the game with a Significant other, do you think that riftbound would be a good game to play together if your partner has zero experience playing a TCG before? I myself have not bought any cards yet for the game but I’ve been planning on getting into the game for quite some time now (former LOR player). Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

New player suggestions

How’s it going, I’ve been interested in getting into the game, was a big fan of LOR. But I don’t have people to play the game with in person and don’t know how active riftbound is within my area. Anyone with input have an idea if it’s worth to get into the game IRL when you live in the southern parts of Jersey (roughly 20 minutes from Philly)? What’s the best locations to play the game at in the area? Thanks

RP Minerva suggestions?

The main question I’m having with this is the unit ratios. Sword impulse might be the most flexible card in the deck since it has 4 pilots to link with and impulse/destiny effects vs aggro/early blockers. I haven’t used athrun much so I’m unsure on how many aegis to run and to split it as a 2-2 split with MA mode and ST04 aegis. RBB is mostly there to funnel cards into trash and the occasional 1-2 ping.

Thoughts on the unit ratio for mono purple Minerva?

I’ve been messing around with mono purple to see if I don’t have to play blockers with destiny and I’ve been liking how it feels. Not sure how I’d adjust the ratios of the units though. Reliable big brother pretty underrated in mono Minerva with its ping, links, and pair potential with Destiny. Thoughts?
