Ich habe ein Auto gekauft, sie haben mir ein Fahrrad gegeben… Es fährt, es fährt, man hat festgestellt, dass es ihnen gefällt, also was ist mein Problem? 🤦🏼‍♀️

Ich beginne damit, dass ich eine Patientin bin, die sich einem Eingriff in einer Klinik in Prag unterzogen hat. Ich kam mit einem Vertrag über einen Vermittler für einen ganz bestimmten Eingriff. Derzeit suche ich Kontakt zu anderen Mädels, die ebenfalls die Dienste des Medizintourismus in Tschechien in Anspruch genommen haben und nicht zufrieden sind ;)
Negative Bewertungen verschwinden leider oft – wegen der Richtlinien :/ also versuche ich es hier.
In meiner Angelegenheit lief in Tschechien ein Verwaltungsverfahren bezüglich des bestellten SMAS-Liftings, das ich zum vollen Preis bezahlt habe, was auch von einer Gutachterin bestätigt wurde, und das ohne mein Wissen zu einem halb so teuren MACS-Lifting degradiert wurde… 😳
Ich schreibe das ein bisschen ernst, ein bisschen als Scherz, weil ich selbst nicht mehr weiß, wie ich das betrachten soll.
Die Klinik behauptet im offiziellen Verfahren, dass mein Eingriff am Tag vor der Operation während meiner persönlichen Konsultation (ein Phantom) in der Klinik geändert wurde und ich dem ohne gemeinsame Sprache mündlich zugestimmt hätte… Keine Dokumentation von dieser Konsultation… Es wurde bestätigt, dass kein Dolmetscher anwesend war und keine neue Einverständniserklärung in Kenntnis der Sachlage vorliegt.
Nun, bei dieser Konsultation hätte ich also aus freiem Willen beschlossen, den teuersten Eingriff in der Klinik und beim Vermittler zu bezahlen, mich durch eine stundenlange Reise zu quälen und mich aufschneiden zu lassen, nur um eine Budget-Version zu bekommen – was den Zweck meiner Entscheidung für die OP völlig verfehlt 😳
Seid ihr überrascht? Ich war auch überrascht, aber das ist erst der Anfang…
Meine persönliche Konsultation in der Klinik in Prag fand am Tag vor meiner Operation statt, d. h. am 21. April 2025, am Ostermontag, einem gesetzlichen Feiertag 😎

Diesen Tag habe ich in Polen mit meiner Familie verbracht. Feiertage, jede Menge Fotos, Gäste und all diese Dinge… 🤣🤣🤣
Bin ich die Einzige, die diese Absurdität sieht?

Viele Monate lang wusste ich nicht einmal, was ich unter der Haut habe – schlechte Heilung, Zeit, subjektive Unzufriedenheit… Warum hätte ich das auch wissen müssen?
Die Einwände wegen des fehlenden bezahlten Liftings seien rein subjektiv…
Ich würde gerne feststellen, ob solche Situationen bei internationalen Patienten vorkommen oder ob nur ich so besonders bin? 😉
Ich schließe gerade die Vorbereitungen für die nächste Operation ab…
Na ja, ihr wisst schon, die Kosten sind diesmal doppelt so hoch, weil es eine Sekundäroperation ist, Korrekturen nach jemand anderem, Reha…
Ich muss das nachholen, was ausgelassen wurde, und das reparieren, was verpfuscht wurde.
Wir haben ja oben schon festgestellt, dass ich gerne doppelt bezahle, also kein Problem…
Mir fehlen die Worte, na ja, jetzt bin ich jedenfalls froh, dass ich nach fast einem Jahr einen Arzt gefunden habe, der sich traut, mein Gesicht und meine Ohren zu reparieren – Gut, dass ich an den Feiertagen als Elfe dazuzuverdienen konnte, da ist ein bisschen was zusammengekommen 🤣🤣🤣

Leute, ich möchte Patientinnen mit ähnlichen Problemen kennenlernen:
Wurde der geplante Chirurg zwei Wochen oder kurz vor dem Eingriff ausgetauscht?
Tauchen in euren medizinischen Unterlagen, Protokollen oder Konsultationsbögen zeitliche Unstimmigkeiten auf, fehlen vollständige Einträge oder gibt es nachträglich überschriebene Materialien, wie z. B. Drainagen im Entlassungsbrief, die tatsächlich gar nicht verwendet wurden?
Habt ihr am Tag der Operation unpräzise Bezeichnungen des Eingriffs in den Dokumenten bemerkt?
Habt ihr am Tag der Operation einen Haufen zusätzlicher Papiere unterschrieben? Interne Dokumente der Klinik?
Wurden plötzliche Zuzahlungen verlangt (z. B. für medizinisches Material)?
Mein Ziel ist der Erfahrungsaustausch…

Zacznę od tego że jestem pacjentką, która przeszła zabieg w klinice w Pradze. Przyjechałam z umową kontraktową z ramienia pośrednika na konkretny zabieg. Obecnie szukam kontaktu z innymi dziewczynami które również korzystały usług medycyny turystycznej w Czechach i nie należą do zadowolonych ;)
Negatywne opinie niestety często znikają - regulaminy :/ więc próbuje tutaj.
W mojej sprawie toczyło się postępowanie administracyjne w Czechach dotyczące zamówionego zabiegu Smas liftingu, który opłaciłam w pełnej cenie, co zostało potwierdzone przez biegła a który został zdegradowany do Macs połowę tańszego… bez mojej wiedzy 😳
Napisze trochę serio,trochę żartem bo już sama nie wiem już jak na to patrzeć.
Klinika w oficjalnym postępowaniu twierdzi, że zmieniono mi zabieg na dzień przed operacją podczas mojej osobistej konsultacji (widmo) w klinice a ja się na to słownie zgodziłam przy braku wspólnego języka… Brak dokumentacji z tej konsultacji…Potwierdzono brak tłumacza i brak nowej świadomej zgody.
Otóż na tej konsultacji postanowiłabym opłacić z własnej woli najdroższy zabieg w klinice, pośrednika, męczyć się wielogodzinną podróżą , dać się pociąć po to by otrzymać budżetówkę - pomijającą cel mojej decyzji o operacji 😳
Jesteście zdziwieni? Tez się zdziwiłam ale to początek…

Muszę wykonać to co zostało pominięte oraz naprawić to co zostało zepsute.
Ustaliliśmy już powyżej, że lubię płacić podwójnie, więc to żaden problem…
Brak słów, no cóż teraz to i tak się cieszę że po prawie roku znalazłam lekarza który się zdecyduje naprawić mi twarz i uszy - Dobrze, że w święta mogłam dorobić jako elf to coś się coś uzbierało 🤣🤣🤣

Słuchajcie, chcę poznać pacjentki z podobnymi problemami:
Zmieniono planowanego chirurga na dwa tygodnie bądź na krótko przed zabiegiem?
W Waszych dokumentach medycznych, protokołach lub formularzach konsultacyjnych pojawiają się niespójności czasowe, brakuje pełnych wpisów albo znajdują się nadpisane materiały, takie jak dreny w wypisie, których faktycznie nie użyto?
Czy w dniu operacji zauważyłyście nieprecyzyjne określenia nazw zabiegu w dokumentach?
W dniu operacji podpisywałyście mnóstwo dodatkowych papierów? Wewnętrzne dokumenty kliniki?
Żądano nagłych dopłat (np. za materiały medyczne?
Mój cel to wymiana doświadczeń…

Negative reviews unfortunately often disappear - terms and conditions :/ so I am trying here.
In my case, administrative proceedings were underway in the Czech Republic regarding the ordered SMAS facelift procedure, which I paid for in full, which was confirmed by an expert witness, and which was downgraded to a MACS facelift, which is half the price… without my knowledge 😳
I will write a bit seriously, a bit jokingly, because I don't even know how to look at it anymore.
The clinic claims in the official proceedings that my procedure was changed the day before the surgery during my personal consultation (a phantom one) at the clinic, and I verbally agreed to it in the absence of a common language… No documentation from this consultation… The absence of an interpreter and the absence of a new informed consent were confirmed.
Well, at this consultation, I would voluntarily decide to pay for the most expensive procedure at the clinic, pay the broker, endure many hours of travel, let myself be cut open just to receive a budget version - completely ignoring the purpose of my decision to have the surgery 😳
Are you surprised? I was surprised too, but that's just the beginning…

Do time inconsistencies appear in your medical documents, reports, or consultation forms? Are full entries missing, or is there overwritten material, such as drains in the discharge summary that were not actually used?
On the day of the surgery, did you notice imprecise terms for the names of the procedure in the documents?
On the day of the surgery, did you sign a ton of additional papers? Internal clinic documents?
Were sudden extra payments demanded (e.g., for medical supplies)?
