Medicaid Vs. Medicaid Expansion

Someone recently asked me if I have Medicaid or Medicaid expansion and while I am 99% sure I have Medicaid expansion, I could not find anywhere on the iServe website that could tell me.

So now I'm curious if all Medicaid recipients received the work requirement letter? And if someone knows how to tell if you do have Medicaid or Medicaid expansion, where do you go? (Step-by-step instructions because DHHS's are wrong, shock).

Suggestions for Bankruptcy Attorney No Cost

Before anything, Legal Aid refused to assist, please do not recommend them.

I'm looking to file bankruptcy with the assistance of a non-profit or a pro bono lawyer to avoid the $2,100 fee due to financial/life situations.

If anyone knows an organization or a lawyer, I will take the recommendation!

Sued by Gurstel/LVNV - No Dates

For a little over $6,000 in debt, I have been given three options with a lump sum being $3,940. The court paperwork has already been filed, but I don't have a date for court nor have I been given any deadlines about which of the three payment plans I would like to choose (if any).

My question is - if I don't have a court date or any deadlines, does that mean this could be pushed months out? A year out? My credit counseling people take a bit to get back to me and I'm trying to consider all options.

Another lawyer recommended against bankruptcy. Currently no money coming in, can't get unemployment.

Resources for the Disabled/Poor

Going through the disability process, unable to work (so I can't get unemployment), unable to get SNAP (as the people I live with don't want to be tied to my application) - best resources in Lincoln/county/area to try and like, survive?

Food is difficult because of my disability and several major food allergies.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Best Tall 1990s Vehicles

Looking for 1990s (even early 2000s) vehicles that are truly good for tall people to sit and see in. Preferably not sedans or coups - something off the ground, think Honda CRV vibes and bigger.

6'1" and I can't take my 2014 sedan anymore.

Thanks in advance!

Edit: wow, this group seems full of jerks so unless anyone has anything useful, I'll go elsewhere.

For the jerks information: most of my height is torso up. 6'1" comes in different sizes. I hope y'all have hot pillows.

Dropping a Basement Floor Drain

1910, craftsman house. Decades before purchasing, a prior owner had the basement floor lowered. They did not drop the floor drain with it.

Has anyone had an experience with getting their basement floor drain dropped? An idea of price? An idea of what to expect? Timeline?

Is there a way to make sure the HVAC water isn't leaking onto the floor? The people who installed it didn't give us a workaround.

If you have recommendations for a really, really good, licensed plumber, I'll take them.

Casework/DHHS Question

Helping son's high school g/f with sticky family situation. Bio mom has no custody, bio dad is awaiting charges, stepmom (who has custody) is out on parole and awaiting court.

Anyway, she doesn't know who her case worker is and I'm not 100% sure how to figure that out for her through the DHHS maze. She is also thinking of emancipating herself - does she need a lawyer for that? Since the bio mom doesn't have custody or visitation, would she even be involved in signing anything?

Thanks in advance!
