What is Lana making in White Feather Hawk music video?

What is Lana making in White Feather Hawk music video?

On the chopping board, I see broccoli, carrot and what appears to be sweet potato or maybe just regular potato.

Why was I blocked for no reason?

So I was new to a Bob Dylan reddit page, like the main page/sub Reddit for Bob Dylan fans… wasn’t even in the group that long, maybe like 2 weeks before being unceremoniously BLOCKED FOR LIFE.

It’s ridiculous, I was learning and discovering this guy who is from Minnesota and these entitled members (probably bunch of old people) are like “oh is this guy doesn’t know anything about Bob Dylan, he’s probably a troll, let’s block him”.
It makes my blood boil, because I didn’t even do anything wrong. THIS IS AGEISM! I tried to appeal/contact the Bob Dylan moderator and he’s like “sorry, but I’m not unblocking you”. WTF….

What does Jakob think of his dad?

I’m struggling to find videos on YouTube of Jakob talking about his dad and I’m quickly discovering that he doesn’t really want to bring up his dad. For an example, I don’t think I’ve ever seen Jakob and Bob on the same stage.
Does anyone know what their relationship is like? Is he not proud of his dad or something? Or is he proud but just chooses not to talk about him? Thanks

My Bob Dylan theory

I recently watched Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid (1973) film for the first time ever.

I could be wrong but was this an inside-joke? James Coburn says, "And give us a nice read, loud enough for us all to hear". Now when I first watched this scene, I thought Bob Dylan was going to pull out a harmonica (which is also known as a 'reed') and start playing. It turns out, James Coburn just wanted Bob Dylan to read cans of beans, which is an unusual request, hence why I assumed he meant start playing a harmonica (reed), as in "give us a good reed! loud enough for us all to hear" which would have been a more likely request. As a first time watcher of this movie, that is the way i interpreted it, and why the hell not? You literally hear a harmonica playing throughout the entire length of the movie more or less. Did anyone else think the same or was it just me?

Bob Dylan fans MUST read this what I found on IMBD..

This is so interesting. I just finished watching the 1973 film Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid and found this on IMDB. It’s worth mentioning that Director Sam Peckinpah was a controversial filmmaker who was an alcoholic, he was drunk during most of the time while filming. He also unfortunately used animal cruelty in a few of his movies. For an example, the chickens at the beginning of the movie? Peckinpah had explosives tied to live chickens for that scene

In Subterranean Homesick Blues, how did Bob Dylan finger-pick a single piece of paper each time and not 3 by mistake?

I’ve watched the video so many times and it’s so smoothly done and perfectly timed,. You’re telling me he was holding all those pieces of paper and didn’t once f**k up? Sometimes it’s not always easy to pull out a single page from the pack of pages he was holding.. I just thought that was really well done that’s all. And I don’t believe the video had any edits, I can’t see any cuts in the video, it looks like it was filmed on a single piece of uncut footage

I’ve decided I want to see Bob Dylan live in concert, I’m from the UK

Bob is turning 85 this month, May 24 I believe and I’m from the UK, and I’m just getting submerged in his music and hating myself for not getting into his music decades sooner.
ANYWAYS, I really want to see him while he’s still alive. Bob is at the age where he really could go at anytime. It’s 2026 right now, I saw that he’s got North American tour dates starting in June and ending in mid-August. Is it likely he will come to Europe, possibly UK later this year 2026? I hope so! I will buy a ticket immediately. I’m a little worried he won’t come here. Thanks

Bob Dylan’s long fingernails

I’ve noticed in many of his photographs, his nails are long. Did this help him play the guitar a little better? Or was he just like.. I don’t want to say poor, but he did crash at peoples homes a few times, so naturally keeping up with appearances would sometimes slip away from him?

Apparently Bob is in some cowboy movie, is it a good movie?

It’s called Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid. Is it a good movie? And also where can I watch this?

I’m slowly getting into all of Bob Dylan’s stuff and I want to watch this… how good is it?

I’m new to Bob and only recently got u to him..I’ve listened to the following albums:
- Bob Dylan (1962)
- Freewheelin
- Blonde on Blonde
- Highway 51 Revisited
And just finished watching A COMPLETE UNKNOWN film! Loved it! I cried once during the movie, I cried when Sylvie and Bob said their goodbyes through that chain link fence, the moment Sylvie and quoted the line from the 1942 film Now Voyager, “Oh, Jerry, don't let's ask for the moon. We have the stars." The question has to be asked, did Bob and Sylvie go see that movie in real life?

Bob introduces her as Becka. Was there such a woman named Becka in Bob Dylan’s real life? I’m new to Bob so I’m learning a lot of things about Bob Dylan all the time. I only recently got into him

I’m asking because in ‘Like A Rolling Stone’, he talks as though from experience, “how does it feel that your life is so sh**ty?”, he didn’t say those exact words but he implies it several times.

I’m kinda new to Bob Dylan so please don’t crucify me in the comment section.

I feel like a kid in a candy store right now because after listening to Bob’s debut self-titled 1962 album, I’m in love with it! I want to kick myself for waiting so long to get into Bob!!! I feel so disappointed in myself! Obviously I’ve heard of Blowing in the Wind and Subterranean Homesick Blues, those 2 songs are quite famous however aside from those two, I’ve never actually listened to Bob’s other stuff. Well I’m 40 and Bob turns 85 this month, It’s never too late to get into a person!

Anyways, so far I’ve listened to his debut album Bob Dylan (1962) and now I’m making my way through The Freewheelin’ album for the first time and really enjoying the lyricism more than anything else. I’m realising that listening to his songs is like reading a novel or a book! I’ve decided I want to go see him perform live while he’s still alive! Anyways, that’s all I wanted to say really!!!! New fan right here! If you can suggest to me what other Bob albums to listen to then please tell me! I’ve only listened to 2 so far, his debut and Freewheellin. Thank you!
