Please give me hope

I have been on 20mg parnate for 10 days and just on my second day of 30mg. I’m so depressed I can barely function, ketamine does nothing for me any more, and I’m worried I’m never going to get better. someone tell me things will improve. hopefully sooner rather than later.

Starting again please give me some encouragement

I lost about 25kgs over just over a year, got up to 5mg, but my mental health, always poor, took a dive off a cliff and I’ve had to stop psychiatric medications to change to a new one and long story short I stopped taking mounjaro for about 4 weeks and already put back on 5 kgs. I feel like an idiot for stopping it, just at the time it felt like another hard thing I couldn’t cope with (side effects etc). Will take my shot again tonight.

I have a couple of particular worries. I’m concerned that stopping has meant I’ve undone the progress because I heard that the second time around it doesn’t work as well. Also I read here your body adapts and you need to basically make sure you lose the weight you want to lose within two years or it won’t work any more. It’s already been 18 months but I still have another 25kg to lose. Can I do it? prior history says I can only lose about 10kgs in 6 months. Will it still work after 2 years? I haven’t been particularly good about focusing on protein and weight training (not particularly good = quite bad really, see aforementioned terrible mental health) so I already feel like I’ve done everything wrong.

If I can also request you to be gentle, no doubt I‘ve made a mistake but I don’t think I’m robust enough for tough love today.

is this safe? its usually made with old bananas but only one or two per whole loaf. wondering what people think or if they’ve had it with or without issue

Good non-sourdough bread

For medical reasons I can’t eat fermented food and this includes sourdough bread, which is a huge loss. does anyone know any good bakeries that do good bread that’s not sourdough? these days that feels impossible to find. preferably inner west or lower north shore.
