Hi.
43 yr old male. Have metal fillings on bottom molars. Pics attached.
What is the best option to replace this metal?
If there isn’t I am thinking of getting them pulled as last resort.
Eventually want to get braces or avisalign to straighten my teeth back out.

Bottom molar right side; little filling was there; fell off at cleaning yesterday. Could always see dark spot but it looks deep - no pain.
I don’t want bacteria going into my blood arteries veins. I have calcifications both hard and soft.
What are my options… tooth above it is missing and I have a small .2bony communication still. Going to have bone graft and sinus lift done in coming months for that… advice on that too?
After all this would braces or avisalign be ok to straighten my teeth again?
When tooth 3 was pulled 3 years ago it completely moved my teeth smile everything… sinus dropped. And the flap has caused tension on right side face.

Had sinus communciation after tooth 3 extracted. 3 surgeries and buccal flap… was good for a year but last 2 years been hell constant pain in right cheek and all the teeth on that side hurt or throb intermittently since with sinus infections etc… neck hurts just feel fatigued.
Everytime I drink brush or gargle use straw I get pain pressure in that area and still a little communication with right sinus and it creates awful pressure in my entire face and head…
Recent CBCT shows .2mm bony communication still but to see with your eye or when dentist or oral surgeon look - it looks fine.
No bone graft was done and sinus has dropped too. Panoramic image from 2-3 years ago looks so different and teeth were straight.
Thinking of bone graft and sinus lift to close this for good bc it’s making me unwell… and then deal with fixing and straightening teeth bc my bite is not what it was prior at all…

Constant ear nose throat gum and teeth issues…
Feels like I have a communication going on the right side…. Past history of this… tooth 3.
Constant left sided ear blocked full nerve issues; eye issues where it’s hard to see the muscle of eye acts erratic and spasms can’t smell out of nose left nostril… bones on left side face temple ear occipital area all hurt and tender to touch…. Front 2 teeth on left side hurt and gum above tooth looks unhealthy,..
Many dentist oral surgeons ent John Hopkins… no answers but to deal with it… insane…
Lastly breathing and neck muscles are exhausted… left side feels flaccid or heavy and right side rigid..
I believe this is coming from my face sinuses ears etc… never feels rested bc I feel like I’m only breathing out the right side of nostril….
Any advice or steps?

Attached is an image - 3d cone beam. Feel like I’m having sinus communication on the right side; also having rigidly on this side neck right etc.
Left side I’m having heavy feeling; teeth on left side feel full, sinus feels full but it’s not; ear hurts bad but not full. Left vision off. nauseous.
Been to er and docs… not getting help.
Had alot of testing done… mri mra ct of face sinus etc… and recently 3d cone beam.
Do you see anything?
I’ll try to post other imaging but I need outside help at this point.
Could dental Interference be going on from the right side?
I have occipital tenderness, left notril feels like I’m breathing in fire when I sniff in… left temple is in excruciating pain, gait off dizzy… it’s awful… left side whole body feel heavy weak nerves off.
Mri mra showed a lot with sinuses going on mastoid opaqueness, but brain looked fine arteries veins good.

I am a 43 year old male; 5-10ish about 150.
Have a history of septum surgery (2023) and right sided sinus communication from tooth 3 being extracted (2022-2023). Also have deviated septum.
Tooth 3 was a failed root canal and tooth was dead in my mouth so had it pulled and developed severe case of sinus communication.
Had 3 total oral surgeries until finally buccal flap was done and this seemed to help and I felt great overall head to toe for about a year. The flap and septum surgery were done a week a part bc I kept getting infections from liquid pouring out of my nose.. it was intense I couldn’t believe it.
So in 2024 I developed a terrible and worse sinus infection I ever had in my life… cultures were done and two bacteria were present and very high.
Was given amoxicillin and clav for 3 weeks and yes it did help but since then I have never been the same and constant sinus issues, teeth grinding now bite uneven and off; ear popping clicking constant ear temple teeth pain… it’s unreal and been awful…
I feel like my left side face has changed and feels
Sunken a bit along with eye issues ear issues like it’s plugged but nothing in there.
2 years ago a few months after the sinus infection I began having phantom smoke smells ONLY OUT OF THE LEFT NOSTRIL; for weeks at a time and then it would pass a few weeks and come back … cycle was for about 14 months.. ents er visits neuro appt all were clueless and baffled or didn’t Believe me. The smoke smells have stopped for about 6 months now but I don’t smell anything out of my left nostril… some teeth hurt on left side and I swear it feels like there being pushed out sometimes or loose feeling but not…
Eye issues just left side, ear issues just left side….
Sinus communication was on the right side…
I say this bc there is still a .2mm bony communication as of today.
Could this be the culprit? I never had left side issues but this has now been since 2-2024 when that terrible infection developed.
I have throat and swallowing issues…
My left side feels heavy and flaccid along with head pressure and temple pressure on left side;
and right side feel rigid right and like nerves are on edge..
Could there be a communcation that has caused havoc…
How my face eyes etc have changed is insane… I will post pics if wanted.
Recently had mri and ct scans. I’ll post pics of findings I don’t have image shots yet.
I will also post the bacteria I had in that culture.
This has affected my entire body at this point. My breathing has suffered bc of the flaccid and rigidness on opposite sides…
Never had these issues prior to the sinus infection… even the initial communication before the flap was fixed I didn’t feel this bad. Not even close…
Any ideas or advice?

Anywhere online I can get it filled cheaper and it can be mailed?
