Why do people like genres like Death Metal, Grindcore and Deathcore?

Not shaming anyone for their music tastes because I myself really enjoy prog metal and classic metal music quite a lot. I'm curious though, since the vocals (especially the guttural growl style) might turn off most people, if you're a fan of these genres, what's something you appreciate and like about it?

Charlie Puth - Tiny Desk Concert [Jazz Pop]

These jazz arrangements are SO much better than the Studio versions. One of the best I've heard from him and it really showcases how talented of a musician he is.

Advice on flying with electric guitar

I've never been on a plane with my electric guitar before, so I looked it up. IndiGo, on their website say that "guitars, if packed in soft cases, can be carried in hand baggage."

But, will a Strat even fit in the overhead bin? If it's in a proper padded gig bag like a Fender FE620, I'm worried if there'll be enough space to keep it on an A320/A321 aircraft without the guitar getting damaged.

How do you handle the boarding rush/people shoving heavy cabin trolleys into the bins? Is laying it on top of other bags the safest move? I'm not buying an extra seat for the guitar (last resort).

If anyone has any experience or insight about this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Those who are unmarried and single, is your life fulfilling?

I've observed that most unmarried adults, who are single by choice, fall into the consumerist trap.

Unless you have a greater, non-materialistic goal (creative, spiritual, philanthropic, cultural, etc), I feel like it's very easy to fall into the trap of earning money just to spend money, instead of saving or investing it.

And nowadays, given how corporate giants have commodified self-care and use marketing gimmicks to condition us into thinking that a luxurious, ultra-comfortable lifestyle filled with grand resorts, eating out at expensive restaurants every week, and buying branded clothes is the definition of a fulfilling life, I think it's easier than ever to fall into this trap.

What are your thoughts/opinions on this?
