Wife has a strange swelling/tenderness on the hood of her clit. Can't figure out what it is.

My wife is not hugely active on Reddit, so I figured I'd post for her. She's also a physician herself, and she's already been to two Gynos. But I figured I'd post this just in case anyone has heard of a a similar issue or might have any thoughts.

She basically has tenderness and discomfort ONLY in the lower part of clitorial hood, it feels very swollen. It looks infected, but she's tested for infections, examined by ob/gyn - no obvious etiology. It doesn't seem to be Lichens, or at least that's what her two Gynos she visited said.. has anyone ever heard of anything like it or know what it might be?

We realy can't figure out what's going on. One weird theory she has is that it came shortly after starting Adderall. Has anyone seen anything like this on an ADHD/stimulant med?

What to take for high/overactive adrenaline/Norep

I see so many adaptogens that work for Cortisol. But now my cortisol is fine.

And a lot of supps that work great on GABA/Glutamate.

But what you just have high adrenaline or Norepinephrine? Does anything just calm down and lower them or stabilize/modulate them?

Does anyone else get dry mouth from Omega3s?

It's crazy, I can't explain it.
Fish Oil, Algae oil, Perilla Oil, Flaxseed, several different brands - it doesn't seem to matter. I take Omega3s and my mouth is dry as the sahara.

What's weirder is my nose is the opposite, it's moist and feels great.

Anyone ever experienced anything like this with Omegas?

Does anyone understand why DHEA supplements would spike Cortisol?

Used to be able to take DHEA with ease and it really helped with a lot of things. I started taking it again, and each time I measure my salivary cortisol it's through the roof- and I can feel it.

Does anyone know why this would be? I've always understood DHEA to calm Cortisol.

Mostly just want to understand the mechanism or possible rationale if anyone is familiar with it.

Cistanche with Enclomiphene

I've been on Enclo for a bit and seeing some positive benefits for mood/libido/etc. It seems to just work well for me.

I was considering adding Cistanche, but I've seen mixed reports on whether it would help or hurt. In my understanding they work on different aspects. Enclo pushes the system to work harder/faster and Cistanche helps your body supply a lof ot the enzymes that helps utilize Cholesterol.

These seem pretty isolated, but I get it's not that simple. I've seen a few scattered reports of people saying they work at cross purposes/weaken each other. What's the reality here?
