Should I resume eating normally?

Hi there.

I was bit by a LST in May and from that point forward (The Day Of Bite) I used the fig app and only ate an alpha gal diet because I was super scared of anaphylactic shock, hives, ETC.

8 weeks post bite I ordered an alpha gal IGE which was under 0 and undetectable.

Think I could start testing my food now?

What’s in the back of my throat?

Is this a reaction to drainage? Throat isn’t bad sore- I do sneeze on occasion and I see drainage over it at times

Looks malignant? I’m 22m and otherwise healthy

Do I need a doctor ASAP?

Exactly 1 week ago in Kentucky I was bit by a female lonestar tick

The tick was on less than 12 hours and was flat. I removed it an sent off for testing (Waiting for results) HOWEVER, recently I have been having sinus pressure, scratchy throat, sneezing, congestion and a bit achy.

Should I go to an urgent care asap in the morning? I have no fever and I attached the bite
