I’m rewatching Modern Family and I hate how much Gloria yells. Never bothered me before 😭
Gloria is always so tense, she is ready to have argument every possible moment. I know producers are making as much as they can from this Latina stereotype, but did they really had to? It is really just too much pettiness sometimes in her character.

What’s the best way to politely turn down a colleague who’s interested in me, but I don’t feel the same?
He says I have a beautiful smile and great sense of humor. He expresses his sympathy a lot. Texts me non work related, sending links for movies to watch, sending memes, jokes a lot, like he is doing his moves. He even congratulated me on Valentine’s day. He is absolutely adorable guy, but absolutely not my type at all. I am afraid he will directly express his feelings and I will find myself in a totally uncomfortable position so I want to prepare myself. I don’t engage in long conversations, I shortly reply to him and kindly close the conversation all the time. What is the best way to smoothly turn him down?
