Hi everyone,

I went to a Chinese restaurant and ordered fried chicken gyozas. The inside of all of them looked like this:

Just wondering if this looks uncooked? The restaurant specialized in gyozas and dumplings, and there were at least 20 different orders made while I was there (less than 1 hour), so it would seem strange to have any problems. Maybe someone has a better idea on what the inside should look like.
