Air always 100%- impossible

Air always 100%- impossible

Just took this out the box like three hours ago and it’s been running ever since. Constantly says the air is 100%, and if I cycle the through the different PMI statuses, they’re all at zero.

This can’t be possible! As you can see by the angle grinder in the background this room is really dusty and I’ve been cutting tiles in here for weeks (this is why I bought the air purifier in the first place).

Is there something I need to do? Or what can I do to actually test if it’s working?

Electric towel rail

Hello electricians 🙂

I have an electric-only house and I need to buy an electric towel rail for the bathroom.

From what I gather there are dry electric, or wet. The wall it’s going on is going to be tiled.

The electrician said he needs to chase a channel in the wall first, put the ‘element cable’ in, then he said I can cut a hole in the tile so the cable goes behind the tile, across the wall and into a cupboard where the switch is going to be.

I think he said if it breaks it so I can change the element in the future.

But all the photos of radiators on tiled walls seems to have totally concealed cables, is that not realistic?

And if I get dry electric, does that mean it’s easier to fit / doesn’t have an ‘element cable,’ (I’m not even sure what an element cable is).

I’m finding this very confusing , I’m tilinf the wall myself at the moment so trying to figure out where to stop!

How to remotely cool the car?

In the winter, I was able to use the myHyundai app to remotely heat the car.

Now that it’s summer and really hopped outside. I’ve been trying to remotely cool the car.

In the screenshot you can see that the smart Climate button that you hold down to activate the climate control is set to 25°– I can’t see a way to change that.

I have changed the setting to 17.5° but that doesn’t seem to make any difference.

Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks in advance.

Nice, Villefranche or elsewhere

I’ve coming to Nice for the third time this summer, on the last occasions I’ve stayed in Nice itself.

This time I’m coming with my mum and wondering if I should look for accommodation in one of the neighbouring areas instead.

We won’t be out late partying- we’ll want to go to the beach a couple of times, relax over coffee and dessert in the evenings, go sightseeing (I think we’ll go to Eze, and probablt get the train to Antibes as I’ve never been there before).

My mum is in her sixties and relatively fit but she has Parkinson’s so can get more tired than the average person.

I just want a nice holiday in a beautiful setting for us to enjoy. I know that’s a bit vague, but what would you recommend?

I’ve searched online a lot but the Malta gov website thinks I’m a bot and won’t let me in, and the rest of them don’t explain what I’m asking.

I’m eligible to vote for the first time and have lived abroad for a long time so don’t know how it works.

I’m registered in Siggiewi. How do I find out who I can vote for? Does there need to be a candidate of the party I like in my local area for me to vote for them?

When and how do I actually vote?

I’ve bought several discs for my angle grinder, they’re all ok but the tile I have does seem to chip a fair amount- even the originally cut edges of the tiles have chips so I don’t think it’s fully avoidable.

Can anyone recommend the best diamond disc? I don’t mind paying a premium, but there are so many out there it’s hard to know where to start….im in the UK
