Traveling after lipo 360 + fat transfer?

I live on an island and the few plastic surgeons that advertise doing this have results that don’t really look that great TBH and IIRC the one consult I did do was like $25k? Seemed a bit high for such lackluster results. I live on an island so to fly anywhere is a min 5ish hours.

How bad is the pain after the procedure? Can I fly home shortly after?

We’re going to Canada soon and we’re only there for a short period. I have 2 toddlers so I’m still undecided on if I want to go out of my way to go to a Le Creuset with them. Are there any Canada exclusive items that are a must buy?

For reference, my color is Cerise but I have the Flamme Doree pumpkin. I’m looking to venture out to yellow, blue, green but if there’s an exclusive color I’m into it

I saw on their website that it ends today and we can get measurements of our new home tomorrow. We live on an island so selection here is super limited and everything takes too long to get here. I’m hearing 6-8 weeks to even arrive on island for a lot of stuff and I’m sure that means 10-12 weeks to be delivered and installed. I mostly need cabinets cause the kitchen is a mess. I don’t want to install stuff I don’t like to not have to live in a construction zone for a while. Thoughts?

We’re sailing with princess and got the package with gratuity included for me + my husband. My kids are 4 & 1 so we’re not buying any packages for them. I wanted to prepay the gratuity online but it won’t let me. That option went away when I purchased the packages.

We’ve never been on a cruise before so I’m probably stressing out about nothing but how do I even pay for this? Also, can someone tell me if I’m supposed to bring cash to tip more? I read through some old posts and some people are saying you still need to tip bartenders, wait staff, etc on top of daily gratuity. I never have cash on hand so if we’re supposed to, I def need to bring cash. Secondary question, if the cruise ends in another country but leaves the US, can I tip in USD?
