I have to submit a “video cover letter” to clean up popcorn at minimum wage

I have to submit a “video cover letter” to clean up popcorn at minimum wage

Idk but this rubs me the wrong way and makes me wonder if this is a way to choose interviewees based on appearance. As a not really conventionally attractive black woman with a manageable but noticeable speech impediment I wonder if this puts me at a disadvantage. Also it feels kinda lazy on their part; the resume should be enough. I wouldn’t mind writing an actual cover letter either.

Please someone tell me anything about SREE B as an Engineering Major

(Interested grade 12 student) I feel like there’s not a lot of info online.

I applied to mechanical, which is what I’ve wanted since grade 9, SREE B, and electrical. I was stupid and didn’t apply to tron because it’s new.

I don’t think I’ll get into mech since my grades aren’t high enough according to the conditional offer webpage which says an 85% in the four main stem classes needs to be maintained for mech and aero only, and I have an 84% in just those classes.

So now the portal says I’m eligible for admission for the other two and I’m in a dilemma because EEs a classic but I really want to do something mech related. (Also I only need to maintain a 72% for EE as opposed to an 82% for SREE B) Can anyone tell me anything about career prospects (what you plan to do with it), versatility of the degree, or just what it’s like to study it, like how many people are in the program or ANYTHING.

▲ 4 r/AMA

I'm doing this in honor of my third cake day. I used to post here a lot for AMAs, and it makes me kinda nostalgic. I was extremely lonely as a homeschooled kid back then, and this subreddit helped me to cope with that. I see that this subreddit now has much more interesting posts as opposed to when I used to post here, so I understand if this sort of casual post is not appreciated.

I worked really hard and whenever I was so close EVERY TIME in EVERY CLASS one 78 or something on a test would knock me out of the 90s entirely. I always had hope I was gonna improve but i never did. I'm so disappointed, I feel like a failure and a loser

I'm sorry this is so corny but I NEED to vent to someone i don't know irl because i feel like a chud everytime i complain about it
