Welcome to TwoXKeralam. A space for women, by women

Hello Fellow Cocos 💚

We’re really excited to introduce r/TwoXKeralam — a space for Malayali women, by Malayali women.

For the longest time, we loved communities like TwoXIndia, and somewhere along the way we felt Kerala women deserved a little corner of Reddit that feels closer to home,a space where we can talk freely, vent, ask questions, share experiences, celebrate small wins, seek advice, or simply exist without overthinking every word.

As an overthinker ,i know how comforting it can be to hear another perspective or realise someone else relates to what you’re feeling. Sometimes, a kind comment or shared experience genuinely makes all the difference.

This community is built to be safe, welcoming, and supportive. While the space is centered around women, we also want non-binary folks who feel comfortable here to feel included and respected, no pressure, just warmth and kindness.

A small request to everyone joining:

Please be kind to one another. We all come from different backgrounds, experiences, and opinions, and we hope to build a community where people feel heard rather than judged.

We’re really looking forward to growing this little corner of Reddit with all of you ✨🤍

A Small Reminder About Respect & Kindness 🤍

Folks,

Over the past few days, we’ve noticed a rise in comments where users are being labelled as “PR,” “influencers,” or other names simply for having a different opinion or posting style. We understand that not everyone will agree with every take here, and healthy criticism or debate is completely welcome.

But we also want to make sure this space remains comfortable and respectful for everyone participating. Constantly accusing, mocking, or targeting users can easily cross into bullying, even if it’s not intended that way.

If you dislike a post or comment, please use the downvote option and move on instead of engaging in personal remarks or name-calling. Let’s focus on discussing the content rather than attacking the person behind it.

We’re trying to build a community where people feel safe to share, interact, and express their take on influencers without the fear of being ridiculed or labelled. Kindly help us keep the space healthy for everyone 🤍

Note: Please do not make meta posts discussing individual users, accusations, or subreddit drama regarding this issue. If you have any concerns, doubts, or complaints, kindly reach out to us through modmail instead.Repeatedly ignoring this warning or continuing to target users will lead to repercussions.

Welcome to TwoXKeralam 💚

Hello girlies,

We’re really excited to have you all here!

We have been following r/TwoXIndia for a long time, and somewhere along the way I felt Malayali women deserved a similar space of our own, a space where we can talk, vent, ask questions, share experiences, celebrate little wins, or simply exist without overthinking every word.

As an overthinker myself, I know how much an outside perspective can help sometimes. A kind comment, shared experience, or even knowing someone else relates can genuinely make a difference. Seeing more and more women-centric discussions happening in r/southindianinfluencer was honestly the final push to start a Kerala-focused TwoX subreddit.

This is a space for women, by women.

We also want this community to be inclusive of non-binary folks who feel comfortable being part of the space, no pressure, just warmth and respect.

A small request to everyone joining: please be kind to one another. We all come from different backgrounds, experiences, and opinions, and the goal here is to build a safe, welcoming, and supportive community for Malayali women.

Looking forward to growing this little corner of Reddit with all of you ✨🤍

Hello Team,

I’ve recently taken over a subreddit that has moderate to high traffic but was unmoderated for quite some time. While going through the mod queue and modmail, I came across a few issues and would really appreciate your guidance on how to handle them.

  1. There are over 700 reported items in the mod queue, and the counts for reviewed and unmoderated items are different. Do we need to go through all of these, or is it acceptable to ignore older reports and start fresh? Many of the unreviewed reports date back nearly two years.

  2. Our subreddit focuses on influencers, where members discuss their content, public activities, and related gossip. While reviewing modmail, we noticed requests from legal teams asking for content removal related to certain influencers. How should we handle such requests, especially when the discussions are based on publicly available information and documented on social media?

Thank you in advance for your help.
