Low Pop, time value with these characters ?
The scarcity, and popularity on these characters might play a part of the increase of value
They sit around $150-200 now
But pop is ~700 for Umbreon
And ~500 pop for Mewtwo,
You guys assuming the same thing
Or nothing special about them ?
