If my views don’t improve I’m going to quit.

I don’t know what to do. I used to get a couple thousands of views for a fan game I’m working on, I have 1775 followers, but now they barely make a few hundred. I just wanted to spread the word about my project, and now with each post I’m starting to think of ending myself or the account I don’t know what to do I just want everything to be okay again

Automatic Share to Story is broken on my reels? How to fix?

The option to Share To Stories, is always on, but for the past week or two, I’ve had to manually add my reels to my story because it’s no longer doing it automatically despite the option being turned on. What do I do and how do I fix this? I’m worried it’s tied to the horrifically low viewership I’ve had lately. I’ve posted about this before but no one replied or said anything. Please tell me how to fix this.

Instagram no longer automatically adding my reels to Stories?

The option to Share To Stories, is always on, but for the past week or two, I’ve had to manually add my reels to my story because it’s no longer doing it automatically despite the option being turned on. It’s really stressing me out as my reels which were already doing poorly (ranging from 1300 to 2000 views when months ago they got to 5000-7000 views) are now down to getting around 800 views.

I’m worried the worsening viewership is linked to this glitch, even though my stories never got that many views anyway. I wish my view rate could go back to normal and it’s seriously stressing me out and actively worsening my mental health. I’ve tried everything I can think of. The few people who do watch always love the videos and have nice things to say, I interact with everyone who comments, and I even share them to friends, but ever since mid February things have just kept going downhill.

And now it’s worse than ever before. How do I fix something that the App hates, but real people seem to enjoy? And how do I fix my reels not automatically posting to my Stories?

I’m running an account for a fangame I’m working on and Instagram has been the only somewhat successful way to promote it. I don’t want to lose the only option I have to promote it left. (My posts on other apps get 0 views so I’ve given up on them.)

Views are worse than ever. Need advice.

Hey guys. I have an account to promote a Sonic fangame called When There’s Light, There’s Shadow on Instagram, and it originally did extremely well. One of the first reels ever posted got to 17K views, and I was overwhelmed with the support and attention for my project. I was so happy. This was back in January (same month the account was made), but in mid-February my reels (despite people being very interested and supportive) started to get worsening views. Going from 7000 to having a usual of 2000 even though I’m very active in the community, and always reply to comments, as well as share the posts. Since almost two weeks ago, they’re now doing less than 1000 views. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve tried everything I can think of and I really need advice. People are still interested, and very supportive, but it’s like Instagram itself just doesn’t like my reels and refuses to push them out. I know more people would love my game if they could just SEE the reels, but the app is seemingly hiding them. I also have around 1700 which is small compared to big accounts, but it doesn’t explain the rapid drop in views.

I’ve checked my account status and it seems to be in the clear, my skip rate is improving as well, but the views are catastrophically low, and it’s taking me to some very bad places mentally. I just feel like such a failure and so useless because of it. Prior to this mess, Instagram was the only app or social media platform that my game posts actually did well in. I’ve tried TikTok, Youtube, Tumblr, Twitter, BlueSky, but my posts were practically invisible except on Instagram.

How do I fix this? What do I do? If I write the name of my account, would someone be willing to take a look at it and tell me what I might be doing wrong?

Extreme internet issues for the past 3 months

My mom and I don’t know what to do. We’ve used Telus for years, and up until 3 months ago everything had been fine. I was playing on my PC in very early March when suddenly it just had no internet despite being connected. My phone also started rapidly disconnecting and reconnecting and wouldn’t stop unless I unplugged the router or modem (I can’t tell what is what). But it would start happening again hours later or whenever I’d leave and come back inside.

My mom and I tried calling Telus, and they upgraded the modem (or router) to Fiber Optics because that apparently helps. It didn’t. Not even a little bit. My PC still had no internet, and my phone kept disconnecting and reconnecting. We tried connecting an Ethernet cable from the router to my PC. That failed too. It only said “connected but no internet“ like always. I wondered if it was my PC (even though my phone was acting weird too), but it wasn’t. My laptop would connect but also have no internet, my sister (who doesn’t live here) brought over her laptop and it had the same issue. Weirdly enough my mom’s devices are all fine.

We tried wifi boosters because we heard that they help. It fixed my phone rapidly disconnecting and reconnecting, and gives my PC a slight internet connection, but it’s very very poor, and my phone can’t send videos to my friends (this is bad because I’m working on an RPGMaker game and not being able to send things to my friends who are helping me work on the game is seriously affecting my ability to work on my passion project.)

Two days ago we got a wifi booster that was roughly 80$ and I was hoping that this would finally fix everything (the old booster was cheap so we figured that’s why it didn’t help that much) but it almost feels worse in some ways. It was advertised as having incredible speeds, but my PC and Phone only downloads and loads things at about 1-3 MBs. It’s extremely slow.

What do I do? I can’t keep living like this. I only have friends online and I haven’t been able to play with them in three months. I can’t properly work on my game because of this. My mom and I have tried everything we could think of and nothing has helped. Telus seems to think everything is fine on their end, but it’s clearly not. I can’t deal with this anymore but my mom won’t switch providers. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know how to fix it?

Sorry if this is worded poorly. I have autism, and I’m honestly extremely upset and stressed over this. I’m scared it’ll never get better. I miss when everything was okay.

I’m about to give up. I’m making a fangame for a popular fandom and it’s a huge passion project for me. I’ve been using Instagram to promote the project and have about 1386 followers. It was started in January and my posts were doing great then. They weren’t going viral, but they did decently well. The best one reached 17k over time, but most averaged 4000 views. Ever since February they started to go bad, and now they barely go past 1000. I’ve followed tons of advice, tried shortening the length, changed my reel editing, did everything I could to make them more eye-catching but it all FAILS. Trial reels don’t help at all, they hardly go past 300 views. Today I posted multiple trial reels and they’re all failing. I don’t know what to do.

The people who followed me love the content I’m sharing of my fangame. They’re excited and supportive so I know it’s not my content itself. But Instagram REFUSES to push it out to non followers even if I use trial reels. I’ve checked my settings and nothing is weird, I’ve checked my account status and it looks fine.

This is beginning to affect my mental health. I’ve started h*rting myself because I feel like the app wants me to suffer and I deserve it. But I don’t know what I did wrong. I just wanted to make people happy with my game content.

What do I do? How do I fix this?
